Introduction
.....The JLP Manifesto, CHANGE PAIN TO GAIN, is not based on the traditional strategy which starts with an outline of macro-economic performance at the top then projects how this performance will create results downstream. That method has failed to provide reliable results over the past several years.
....This Manifesto begins with an assessment of can-do and must-do mega-projects which will attract the investment for implementation and the creation of jobs. The impact of these projects on the economy will then be factored into the macro-economy.
.....It is a practical approach based on certainty rather than uncertainty.
.....The Manifesto outlines in detail all the sectorial areas of performance which the JLP proposes to undertake.

.....The vision of the JLP is to create a peaceful and just society offering reliable access to reasonable job opportunities, quality education, affordable health care, acceptable living and social conditions and a safe, sustainable environment.

.....The mission of the JLP is to implement creative and proactive policies that:

  • Create quality jobs
  • Improve our knowledge and skills
  • Provide better infrastructure
  • Promote equal rights and justice
  • Reduce crime and violence
